I had a horrible experience with the first customer service representative. He treated me with a horrible attitude and a very bad loud voice. Telling me that they don’t have time to fix my car today because they had other cars that they needed to fix and that they were behind schedule. He kept on going on and on pretending that he didn’t understand what I was saying. Then someone else came and he understood everything I was saying and he went with me to my car and I showed him exactly what was going on. After he came to talk to me a third person came to me, that’s the person who took care of my car and was excellent with good manners and they fixed it in one day, whereas the first person said that I needed to wait for seven days. I am very happy with the last customer respresentative. I will rate the last person who actually took care of my car with customer service a 5/5.
