    I’ve purchased vehicles and had them serviced at Autonation Ford Gulf Freeway and have zero complaints! My sales experience here was effortless in comparison to my experiences at other dealerships. The service department is great as well, they always keep me up to date on the status of my car without me having to call and hound them for information. They’re knowledgeable, informative, and always friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this place, it’s my go to dealership!

    Took my Taurus in for popping noise in front end. It took a day to diagnose the condition as a faulty strut that had been replaced the previous visit. It took four or five days to find a replacement and make repairs.

    I took my car to have an oil leak evaluated under Ford's extra warranty, it was identified but unfortunately the warranty does not cover this service. I received very good service, I still have difficulties with English, but the attendant was very kind to me. I liked the entire service.

    Dropped the truck off at 8:30am the get an oil change, tire rotation, computer update, and a recall part. Alex Fuentes had great customer service, took 5 mins to drop off and the truck was done around noon. I will say I had an appointment and that’s really the best way to get your vehicle serviced these day anywhere.

    Had a battery go out with my 86 Year Old mother in the vehicle while the temperature was over100 degrees. Ford Gulf Freeway immediately recognized the seriousness of the issue and without hesitation took care of the problem. They did not need any additional motivation they realized the problem and took a bad situation and made it a positive experience. Great Job, Professional and courteous. Thank you

    Auto Nation had my vehicle for 19 or 20 days. The first twelve it sat in the parking lot. Mark Neal ranks extremely poor at what he is supposed to do and in our case very unapproachable when inquiring about the status in person. I also made six or seven trips to the dealership once was after I received my vehicle saying it was fixed had to return it because the engine light came on in less than 13 miles.
