    When we first sent our minivan in to get a few problems serviced under warranty we ran into a lot of issues. There was a lack of communication and when we received our van back those same problems were not fixed. We spoke to the management team and received a new tech rep named Yuri. She was very organized and thorough. She kept us informed on every step of the process and gave us a loaner vehicle until the work was complete. She made sure that all of our problems were resolved at no additional cost to us. Having had a rocky start she really made us feel comfortable and confident that we will be heard and taken care of. I would highly recommend Yuri and the management team at AutoNation.

    I purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie from Autonation and worked with John and his team. They answered all of my questions and were very upfront about everything. No bait and switch, "addendums", or higher pricing after I walked in the doors. Excellent service and a great price. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle you check out this location.

    Coming here is a great experience, they explain everything to me well on what needs to be done for my car. I trust coming here especially since I never feel like they are going to want me to do something that is not currently needed for my car at the time being.

    Great Salesman. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Very relaxed and Friendly atmosphere. No pressure and allowed more than adequate time to research, test drive and look at the vehicles. Great selection and inventory as well. Quick and concise with the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

    I'm not sure if it's mistrust or a mistake, but I think you should be aware of the experience I had with the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Houston. I will never go back to this company and I will never trust this company. When I shared my story on Facebook, the replies to my post told me that this is not an isolated incident. The service advisor I worked with was Melissa Irigoyen, she was professional, this is not about her. My car is a 2020 Dodge Journey. Issue: My windshield washer fluid would not cover my windshield, it had low pressure. This has been going on for 3 months and I finally had time to bring it AutoNation to have it looked at. But BEFORE I went to the dealership I checked the line (after watching a YouTube video) and saw no issues with the tubing/line. AutoNation told me the washer fluid line was a broken, not under warranty, and quoted near $500 to fix it. I declined. When I left the dealership I realized that my washer fluid system was no longer working. NOTHING was coming out as if it was empty. I pulled over, opened the hood and saw that my line had been cut. Even if I give AutoNation the benefit of the doubt and believe that they fiddled with the line and it broke because it was faulty (hard to believe, but ok), they should have told me. Later that day I fixed the line myself for under $5…. and while doing so I found the ORIGINAL and ONLY real issue that was causing the low pressure, it was because a junction was not "clicked into place". 2 FACTS: 1) AutoNation's mechanics didn’t see this. 2) My line was working for 3 months, but after bringing it to AutoNation the line was suddenly “broken”. I believe that AutoNation cut my line, or at the very least they broke it when looking for the issue. They never noticed that the junction was loose, which tells me they never really looked at the issue. And then they tried to charge me $500 for something that could be fixed for under $5. Let’s not forget they had my car for 4 days! Working with AutoNation was by far the worst experience I ever had, yet it’s the best example of what it’s like to work with a dishonest company.

  • Over paid

    Service representative and technicians need to communicate. I had sensor work done on wheels that affected breaks. Was told my vehicle had a recall on the ignition switch. Was never told it called for a new key. At the same time I requested a new key because I didn’t have a spare. I was charged for the new key and programming plus I was given a new key because of the recall. Never did my sales rep communicate to me the expense I could have avoided since I was getting a new key with the recall. Over paid next time I will ask more questions. Most like it will be at a different dealership.
