on1. I brought my vehicle in prior to going out of b2b for the concerns. 2. I called THE DAY BEFORE to ensure that I would be covered 3. I arrive 2 days or so after my B2b ran out due to scheduling and all of a sudden there’s no record of prior times I brought the vehicle in & im not covered even tho I call THE DAY before to ensure this very same information!
