Freeman GMC Treated me fair and great

Todd Dietel explained everything to us on both of the trucks I just looked at first day, didn’t test drive any because of time restraints. We came back next day and test drove a 2025 Sierra 1500 SLT 4WD just like the 2021 I had. Again Todd… was patient and explained all the new features on 2025 SLT and Denali we drove. Again we left and had planned on looking where I bought last time. Enjoyed our experience and trade numbers so well, we made an offer third day and came back and bought on 4th day. I’m 67 and have bought many cars for my family over the years. Totally best experience I’ve had and gave Todd and Freeman info to good friend about ready to try new GMC.

One suggestion, add check battery cables to the normal maintenance check or even at oil changes. If the battery was located in the engine then someone… would have seen the cables starting to corrode rather then being under the seat and no one checks. As a result the battery cables corrode and the car is rendered useless when the corrosion cuts the power from the battery.The Freeman family is great business to work with

Services were performed while I waited and my car was ready in less than 1.5 hours. Excellent! The one thing I didn't like was that the service writer… recommended a front-end alignment and one other item that would have cost me almost $200! I wish your folks would not do that. He didn't push hard, and I had the sense to say "no", but I wish I didn't have to. A car with 22K miles should not need a wheel alignment -- that's why the manual doesn't call for one!Twenty thousand mile service

I had to wait a little but Wray 's courtesy and great service attitude at that time was commendable. I have been taking my car to Freeman… since I bought it new from another GM dealership in 2007.
