  • Horrible service department

    Bought a car in 11/2023 which I discovered had an oil several days after purchasing, getting the leak repaired required several trips to the dealership and follow up on my part only to allegedly have the repairs done but the dealership will not provide a receipt indicating what was done. EchoPark knows how to sell cars but lacks on the repair side.

  • Disapointed

    Harry the sales guy was great, however the service department not so much. I was informed that I needed a new air compressor. I purchased the vehicle on and Saturday night and was informed that someone from the service department would come and pick up my car and drop off a loaner. I was notified by the service department on Monday regarding air issues and they seemed confused. I explained that the sales person stated that the car needs an air compressor. The service department stated that they usually dont make those promises and would need to speak with the sales person. Harry the sales guy called and explained that someone will be out to get my car today and bring me a loaner. They came and picked the car up and bought a loaner. 7 days had gone by and i heard from no one so I called only to get an call center to send the service department a message to check the status on my car.I received a call on the 8th day letting me know that my car was fixed and ready to picked up. I picked the car up on a Saturday by Monday the air was not getting cold. I called back to ask what exactly did they do to the air since i received no paper work explaining what was done. The lady who answered the phone was a lil hesitant to give me the answer. She stated that my air was recharged. I asked her why the air compressor wasn't replaced. She stated that I can file it on my extended warranty and gave me a ridiculous date to bring it back in. I told her no I do not want to file it on warranty when it was supposed to be replaced 2 weeks prior. I can on with this story but to make a long story short it has been 2 weeks driving a new car with no air and I haven't heard from anyone at Echo Park.

  • Bad customers service

    Everyone is in a rush and they don't explain things like they should be and if you ask questions they are bother. Customer service is really bad. I got there at 6 pm and left at 10:30 on . I was bonce from one sale person to a other. And if your car needs repairs, boy you're for a big bad customers service on the repair shop.
