  • Longest wait ever in my life for a car purchase.

    The sales person, Patrick, was very helpful and nice. I entered the dealership at 11:15 am, I finished my test drive by and everything else by 12pm. I paid cash for the car and didn't leave the dealership until 6PM. For some reason, the back office was not able to get the paperwork done and get me out of that place. Every time I asked for status, it was "we are working on it". Price of the car was best I found, but this type of service is down right horrible.

    Thanks to Mark Johnston, my sales person. Very friendly, helpful, and addressed all my questions. I love the business model for Echo Park. Prices and all info for cars online. I can do my own research at home. As always, the prices are as good or often better than competetors. I schedule the cars I want to drive on line. I start the financing process on line. I start the trade in process on line. The next day I show up, do the test drives by myself, can take all the time I want. Mark evaluated my trade in while I'm off test driving. I made my selection. Mark did all the next steps with the obligatory stacks of paperwork that have to be done. Mark sent my new car off to make ready. He took my tags and toll tag off my old vehicle and gave them to me. When it was all said and done, I drove off in my new SUV. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Echo Park. Without a doubt, I will be back when it's time for my next vehicle purchase

    Had wonderful experience with Christy at EchoPark Automotive Dallas (Grand Prairie). She hustled to arrange multiple test drives on short notice, was respectful of our time and communicated well.

    Harry the sales guy was great, however the service department not so much. I was informed that I needed a new air compressor. I purchased the vehicle on and Saturday night and was informed that someone from the service department would come and pick up my car and drop off a loaner. I was notified by the service department on Monday regarding air issues and they seemed confused. I explained that the sales person stated that the car needs an air compressor. The service department stated that they usually dont make those promises and would need to speak with the sales person. Harry the sales guy called and explained that someone will be out to get my car today and bring me a loaner. They came and picked the car up and bought a loaner. 7 days had gone by and i heard from no one so I called only to get an call center to send the service department a message to check the status on my car.I received a call on the 8th day letting me know that my car was fixed and ready to picked up. I picked the car up on a Saturday by Monday the air was not getting cold. I called back to ask what exactly did they do to the air since i received no paper work explaining what was done. The lady who answered the phone was a lil hesitant to give me the answer. She stated that my air was recharged. I asked her why the air compressor wasn't replaced. She stated that I can file it on my extended warranty and gave me a ridiculous date to bring it back in. I told her no I do not want to file it on warranty when it was supposed to be replaced 2 weeks prior. I can on with this story but to make a long story short it has been 2 weeks driving a new car with no air and I haven't heard from anyone at Echo Park.

    Buying a car from EchoPark Automotive was such a joy! First and foremost, the car that we purchased was in immaculate condition. It was everything we were looking for. Second, our salesperson, Drew Greaves was great!! Professional, knowledgeable and just an overall joy to work with. He made the process smooth and painless.     Easiest car buying experience ever! We have been looking for a car for months. We got the run around and a bad taste for salesmen All together. Josh at Echopark Dallas changed that. We purchased the car online. Josh kept in contact with us the entire time the car was in transit from another location. He was never pushy or rude always kind and honest. He made sure the car was exactly what we wanted and paid for. One small issue came up and he got a solution quickly. When we declined the extra warranty they offered he just told us why he suggested them and moved on. I was not angry one time during this transaction which was different than many other places we had been. I purchased the car for what is what listed for. They delivered and cleaned it and made sure it was what we expected. Josh even stayed way past his scheduled shift to get us taken care of. Great experience! Great employee in Josh McKay.
