He was very informative thru the process and truly customer-centered. He also offered tons of knowledge about the car business and credit as well as I was a first-time buyer. He was able to beat my rate offered by my credit union as well. I appreciate the time and patience he presented the 1 1/2 day’s worth of time I was there.
