Buy a car online? Sounds easy but...
by BuyerBeWare on 01/26/2023Buy a car online. I filled out everything on the website and in a minute I was approved and my down payment was paid. I was told all I needed to do is come in and sign some paperwork and they would have me right out the door with my new… car. But after two hours I am still waiting. "We are printing the paperwork", I was told multiple times. But how long should that take? And finally, I have to sign more papers than it takes to buy a house. I am not kidding about this. OMG. Don't buy a car at EchoPark Grand Prairie. I did and I regret it! Horrible experience!We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at EchoPark Automotive Dallas Grand Prairie. I had bought my car here about 3 years ago and my experience was so outstanding I've since brought two other family members there for their cars, and now it was my mom. Our saleswoman Christy… treated my mom like she was her own mother, and the entire process was smooth, enjoyable and successful. I'll be coming back here for any future vehicles and will continue to recommend them. Every time I've brought someone it was with a different salesperson and EVERY time we got five star service.
