Horrible service department
by Dissatisfied on 01/04/2024Bought a car in 11/2023 which I discovered had an oil several days after purchasing, getting the leak repaired required several trips to the dealership and follow up on my part only to allegedly have the repairs done but the dealership will… not provide a receipt indicating what was done. EchoPark knows how to sell cars but lacks on the repair side.Providing a happy experience is what we strive to do, and we didn’t deliver for you. What can we do to make this right? Best customer experience ever
by Consuela on 11/02/2023I I felt welcomed from the minute I walked through the door. We were greeted by a friendly staff. The sales associate also was very friendly and welcoming, and her level of professionalism and knowledge, along with her patience was amazing.… She explained everything thoroughly, and she listened to my request. She never once tried to persuade me into making a quick decision. They have a large inventory, so there’s lots to choose from. I went there with a preapproval from my credit union and was not open to financing through the dealership. It was no pressure but she did offer it as an option. I told her I will just wait I didn’t find out until I was ready to leave that she stayed three hours over her shift . I was not able to make the purchase that night because, of course, by then, my credit union was closed. I went in two days later, and was still determined that I would finance through my credit union. She patiently waited, and finally I decided to do an application with the dealership, I don’t have the best of credit and they were able to give me a rate at 2 1/2% less than my credit union was offering and in two hours. Everything was done. I left with a vehicle that I really wanted my sales person’s name is Christy . If you’re looking for a vehicle in good condition with great mileage, give EchoPark a chance you won’t be disappointed and ask for Christy the experience it was stellar.Thank you! Helpful, low pressure sales with quality vehicles
by bill_tx on 10/07/2023I have purchased two cars from EchoPark this year, one for my daughter and another for myself. Both transactions were very easy with no high-pressure sales. For my daughter she wasn’t’ sure what she wanted and test drove several vehicles… before she decided what she wanted and they were great with her brining up car after car. They even but a bow on it for me when she picked it up. I had both cars checked out independently after I purchased them and there were zero issues and the cars were exactly as presented. Honda Accord purchase
by jking1836 on 09/21/2023Picked out car online. Contacted associate only to find out they will not accept outside financing. You use their preferred loan sources with higher rates or you pay cash for the car. Set up appointment to do paperwork and even though… their prices are set and I was forced to use their lenders, it still took nearly 4 hours to complete the purchase. In addition, they had 4 lenders do a hard credit inquiry only to come back with Wells Fargo, which I already use for all of my banking. I also have a problem with the car stereo, sent in notice to the customer service team within 30 days/1000 miles and have not heard back from them. The purchase model is good and personnel are nice, but will not use again if forced to use their own personal lenders knowing they likely get some type of kickback from the lenders to improve their margin. Nice people and customer service needs work.Providing a happy experience is what we strive to do, and we didn’t deliver for you. What can we do to make this right?
