    I recently purchased a brand new 2022 Mercedes GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown. The whole purchase experience from A-Z was absolutely fantastic mostly thanks to my sales rep who also just happens to be their Internet Sales Director Benjamin Tait. I was very impressed with Benjamin's very high level of responsiveness, product knowledge, honesty, integrity and professionalism. Next time I'm back in the market for a new Mercedes I'll definitely be giving Benjamin Tait from Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown a call.

    First of all, I feel lucky to be a customer of Georgetown Mercedes. They reminded me of a needed/recommended service for my S550 via email. I arrived at the dealership and they made me feel welcome and thank me for coming in today. Service was provided in a reasonable time and while I was waiting I witness they greeted everyone with a smile and ask how Georgetown Mercedes can assist them today. I observed a rotating shift of Sale Associate greeting their customers to provide great customer service to customers who needed their assistance. Believe it or not, all was happy when they left because the staff made sure. Thank you for providing great customer service at Georgetown Mercedes. G.Clark

    When you bring your $80,000 car in for service there should at least be a snack bar or at least the mineral someone making a cup of coffee for you other than a self serve K-Cup. When a customer is waiting 2 hours for Car Service that should be the bare minimum at this dealership. The Mercedes dealership in Austin have you guys beat hands down. It is so easy just to get a contractor to man the area. My sales consulted Jared is great no problems there
    • Thank you for the feedback. Everyone here agrees with you. We used to have our coffee bar manned and served food and pastries from a local restaurant and we loved it, but since COVID we have been unable to get anyone to team up with us again. The restaurant we had previously is struggling with the cost of doing business in their own location as well as having problems staffing just their location. They had to pull out of the dealership and even cut a day out of their location for coverage. I am currently trying to find someone, but have had no luck. I know the other dealership has had the same gal covering the coffee service for years. What I can tell you is that I will continue to work on getting someone to provide coffee service, but in the meantime we will do what we do best- which is deliver world class service for your Mercedes-Benz.     I bought my 2017 GLA a couple of months ago and I was notified that a service was required. I made an appointment online in seconds and was assigned to Daniel as my service rep. This was my 1st service experience here and couldn’t be more satisfied with the process. Daniel took care of me from the moment I walked in. Explained what I needed, and didn’t need (Which meant a lot, times are tough!) and also checked my warranty status on an issue with my sunroof. I was in and out quickly and even walked out to a clean car. I couldn’t be more pleased with my visit today!
