onFirst of all, I feel lucky to be a customer of Georgetown Mercedes. They reminded me of a needed/recommended service for my S550 via email. I arrived at the dealership and they made me feel welcome and thank me for coming in today. Service was provided in a reasonable time and while I was waiting I witness they greeted everyone with a smile and ask how Georgetown Mercedes can assist them today. I observed a rotating shift of Sale Associate greeting their customers to provide great customer service to customers who needed their assistance. Believe it or not, all was happy when they left because the staff made sure. Thank you for providing great customer service at Georgetown Mercedes. G.Clark
