Can’t find a bad battery

Excellent follow-up
by Jeff on 09/19/2024Eric and his service team at Glen Polk Dodge Ram stepped up when I had electrical issues with my recently purchased 2022 Ram 1500 Limited. Even though I didn’t purchase my truck from GP it didn’t matter, I felt like I received excellent… service from the moment I walked in the dealership. Eric already had a rental truck available to me, he outlined exactly what his team was going to do and said he would stay in contact with me throughout the process. Well he did what he said, everyday I either received an email or phone call updating me on their findings and progress. Even though it took longer than expected Eric was always keeping me informed, I had the rental so I just wanted the truck fixed. Their team along with Eric delivered on their promise. I highly recommend using GP for all your service needs.Thank you, Jeff, for sharing your story. Eric is a good man, and we are thankful to work on anyone's vehicle, no matter where they purchased it. Communication between the dealership and the customer is absolutely paramount. We will see you next time.

RAM 2500 Check Engine Light

Repairs were completed within a week. Fast and friendly. Highly… recommend.Even your vehicle needs a 'check-up' occasionally:) Thank you for coming to see and and for the high recommendations.

by Stephen Traffanstead on 02/15/2024Called in to get warranty work done on my Jeep and talked to Jacob and was expecting tonget told that there is a 6 week or more wait like I habe been told by other dealers. But I was wrong Jacob told me that I could bring it in right away… and it would be done in 1 day. Dropped it off on a Monday evening and picked it back up on Tuesday with no issues or any extra stuff trying to be sold to me. Over all experience with the Glen Polk family is awsome (Chevrolet and Jeep.) I will be back and recommend them to everyone that ask. They answer any and all questions I might have. I don’t live really close so I really,… really appreciate that they can shuttle me back and forth. Sir, this is not an accurate description of your service experience or what was told to you about the diagnosis fee. You towed your highly modified 2007 Ram 3500 with 294,575 miles to us, not running, and requested we reprogram the TIPM. After we reprogrammed the TIPM, the truck still would not start. We then called and advised you the TIPM has been reprogrammed and the truck still does not start. You asked how much it would cost to diagnose the issue. The service advisor then explained to you that due to the age of the vehicle, miles, after-market accessories, and concern, we would need up to 5 hours pre-approved for diagnosis. Also, that the tech would clock in and only charge you the actual time of what it took to diagnose the concern. Not the full 5hrs if it does not take that long. You brought us 2 new batteries and asked us to install the batteries. We installed the batteries as requested. You were not charged for any diagnosis time at all during this visit and the advisor fully explained to you why the diag fee was needed and how it would be billed out upon approval.
