Eric and his service team at Glen Polk Dodge Ram stepped up when I had electrical issues with my recently purchased 2022 Ram 1500 Limited. Even though I didn’t purchase my truck from GP it didn’t matter, I felt like I received excellent service from the moment I walked in the dealership. Eric already had a rental truck available to me, he outlined exactly what his team was going to do and said he would stay in contact with me throughout the process. Well he did what he said, everyday I either received an email or phone call updating me on their findings and progress. Even though it took longer than expected Eric was always keeping me informed, I had the rental so I just wanted the truck fixed. Their team along with Eric delivered on their promise.
