Jack was the right guy for me - a multiple Corvette owner himself - he knows all the… in's and out's. I wanted someone very knowledgeable and that's what Jack was...this is my first Corvette (I am a Porsche and Mercedes aficionado) so I didn't really know what to expect. First - the car is amazing! Second, the service from Jack and the Stonebriar team was a incredible (and easy). Third, the pricing was by far the best I found. So - save yourself some time and energy and just go there.Thank you for that awesome recommendation! Diligent Service
by Wisacky on 02/01/2017I have had an issue with my car. I purchased it from another dealership in the area because the one I wanted was in stock there. So, even though that dealership was not the closest one to me, I returned to that dealership for my follow-up… service. I complained of an issue that has been very difficult to trace. After several visits, they "blew me off," implying I was overreacting. I contacted Chevrolet, and they opened a "case" for me, and referred me to Stonebriar. Stonebriar, specifically the service manager, Bill Hall, and my service advisor, Lenah Coe, have treated me with respect, and have tried very hard to make sure my issue was addressed thoroughly; they have even consulted with Chevrolet's engineers and technicians, and have opened another "case" on my car. They have spent a great deal of time trying to trace the cause of the issue, and although the issue still isn't resolved, but they have made me feel valued, made every attempt to find the cause of the issue, and have said they are not giving up. I've noted that the issue seems to happen more frequently in warmer weather; so, we are going to try to trace it again when the temps are warmer. They have even offered to have techs and engineers from the factory come to their shop to further problem solve. While my issue is still presenting itself to me and my passengers, but evading detection at the dealership, they have made it clear that they are not giving up...and I truly appreciate it. They are listening to me, and making me feel validated in my concerns. One of these days, we'll all be in the right place at the right time, and the cause of the issue will be detected and will be able to be addressed. They have made ample notes in the cars maintenance files, so I am confident I will not be "starting over" each visit.Thank you for relaying your story and sharing your confidence in our team. We're determined to get this resolved for you!

First service dept. visit
by kdrifter66 on 01/08/2017Brought my Silverado in for first scheduled service and, a few days earlier, my wife's Suburban in for scheduled service. My service advisor got me in quickly and kept me updated several times as to what step the shop was at and what was… next as well as estimated time to finish. I was out earlier than his initial estimate both times. No problems. Nice waiting area, refreshments available, complimentary coffee, etc. This is a large modern facility and a nice place to be.Thank you for sharing your experiences with our service department. Had I not wanted the car that I got so much I would have walked out and never come back to buy. I have plenty of text to back my… case on the quoted tradein price that was not honored as well as the actual selling price not being the same as the internet price that was posted. I'll always come back for service but will look to buy from other dealers first.Quick & Complete
