I did not have an appointment, but the Stonebriar personnel were able to fit me in. Compared to others that were there for more serious concerns, I was pleased that the service techs were able to fix a tire that was punctured from a nail. This was accomplished in record time. Charmaine, the service rep assigned to me was very kind and kept me informed of the work. I am very pleased with the service I received.
