He informed me very well on the issue with my vehicle and helped me get set up with my rental car for the time… when my car was being fixed. Worst experience of my life buying a car
by Bigblueskier on 07/10/2015Went to this dealer to buy a Ford Edge. Contacted by Susan through the internet. She as the rudest person I have ever encountered. I am rethinking even buying a Ford after meeting with her... I asked for the best offer.. She gave me an… offer and when I said it was high she got insulted and suggested at first we could have a better offer.. Then she went away for 2 minutes and said that the offer was final... She didn't understand leasing and insulted our intelligence on the lease price.. I asked about a hitch and she forgot all about that as she doesn't listen.. Then to top it off she said we could have completed a deal over internet. Which is interesting as they needed to see the trade... What a waste of time... Do not deal with this dealer if you can avoid it...We're disappointed after your negative experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco. After sale was told I had 3 years Sync services by sales. also have this in writing....Sync says truck does not qualify for… complimentary Sync. Should have gone somewhere else.... After agreeing on price....dealership added $600.00 worth of extras that I did not want. This took an extra hour and refusal to purchase truck until they took off $500.00. Only good thing out of entire experience was Edmunds Pricing Guarantee.We regret that you had a negative experience with us. Bought 2015 Ford Explorer and Love It

by owen79 on 02/03/2015I purchase a 2013 Ford Focus. After having it a couple of days, I noticed the transmission wasn't shiffting correctly. I called the dealership and was told to bring it in. So I took it in Tuesday night. My last night I had to change my mind… about wanting the vehicle. When the salesman who sold me the car and a service guy both told me its 4 cylinder it's just the way it is. Well they gave me another Ford Focus as a rental car and it didn't do the same thing. I get a call Thursday night saying the clutch in the transmission was bad. I said well you can keep the car. I'll be in Friday after work to get my car. I worked with the interner sales manager to get my car back, who told me that the focus is a great car except for their transmissions and engines. So I get my car back. They show me a bill saying they put over $900 worth of work into my car and asked me to help pay some of the work they did. Why should I have to? I took the focus back with in the 3 day limit. They shouldn't of touched my car. The Internet sales manager asked me 3 times if I'm sure that's what I want to do, get my old car back. He kept trying to have me keep the car saying they are great cars. Even though 30 minutes before telling me how bad their transmissions and engines are. Now I'm out $500 and waiting for my title to come back so I can go to a different dealer and stay away from ford. To top it off it was a pre certified owned vehicle and should of been checked out.Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Great Experience

As a female i really enjoyed working with Susan, she worked to find me the car that i wanted and answered my many many… questions. Susan made me feel comfortable and really wanted me to be happy and enjoy the entire buying process. Randy helped me in the finance department and had my paperwork ready before i got to the dealership. This is relaxed dealership but they work really really hard to make the customer comfortable and enjoy the process!Love Ford Auto Nation Frisco!!

Auto Nation had the best stock… of Ford vehicles we had seen so far, and Susan very patient, informed, and helpful during the whole process! We were able to get EXACTLY what we wanted & within our desired price range (other dealerships said it couldn't be done & we'd have to downgrade what we wanted or lease the vehicle).
