AutoNation Ford Frisco

Went to this dealer to buy a Ford Edge. Contacted by Susan through the internet. She as the rudest person I have ever encountered. I am rethinking even buying a Ford after meeting with her... I asked for the best offer.. She gave me an offer and when I said it was high she got insulted and suggested at first we could have a better offer.. Then she went away for 2 minutes and said that the offer was final... She didn't understand leasing and insulted our intelligence on the lease price.. I asked about a hitch and she forgot all about that as she doesn't listen.. Then to top it off she said we could have completed a deal over internet. Which is interesting as they needed to see the trade... What a waste of time... Do not deal with this dealer if you can avoid it...
