Over the time period I talked to 3 different service advisors telling what I want to hear but no action. When I called back all I got was voicemail… and no calls back with any service information.We're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. This rating is based solely on the dealership and the time it took to repair my… vehicle. Service Rep Austin was awesome for keeping up to date, making sure I was taken care of (rental, dealer loaner). I can’t rate the quality of work performed until I drive my vehicle for a fair amount of time. Driving out to California will give a better view on how to rate the quality of the work performed. So I selected “No” for this question. As far as timeframe, there wasn’t a timeframe specified because the repair and time it took to get the parts in varied. No quote was really provided since it was under warranty. And the amount I paid for the detailing only was fair.Ford Escape
