    Did not call me back when promised. Kept truck 8 days. Promised rental car never came thru. Over the time period I talked to 3 different service advisors telling what I want to hear but no action. When I called back all I got was voicemail and no calls back with any service information.

    Everyone was so kind and friendly. They gave my children pizza and bottled water. We purchased a Ford Expedition. Got a great deal. We are super happy with the outcome. This car lot is an hour drive for us. It was worth the drive. Thanks AutoNation Frisco.

    Not knowing what is wrong with your vehicle that’s fairly still new can cause a lot of anxiety. Especially when you paid in full with your hard ear money. This rating is based solely on the dealership and the time it took to repair my vehicle. Service Rep Austin was awesome for keeping up to date, making sure I was taken care of (rental, dealer loaner). I can’t rate the quality of work performed until I drive my vehicle for a fair amount of time. Driving out to California will give a better view on how to rate the quality of the work performed. So I selected “No” for this question. As far as timeframe, there wasn’t a timeframe specified because the repair and time it took to get the parts in varied. No quote was really provided since it was under warranty. And the amount I paid for the detailing only was fair.

    Nice experience for an used truck. I came for test driving and in a couple of day I've purchased it! The only thing was the warranty offer that was push to much but it's part of the game.

    I was advised by Ford that a recall on my 2017 Fusion had been issued for a steering component. I scheduled my appointment thru the dealerships website. I arrived at the appointed time and was on my way in less than one hour. The entire experience went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. The service department personnel were extremely kind and professional. Without a doubt, the service department at AutoNation Ford in Frisco, TX, should be the benchmark by which other dealerships are graded.
