  • Non-Salesman

    Eric was combative from the moment he called me by the wrong name till he took a $33k list price and offered to let it go for $43k out the door (pre-finance …just him being non-salesey). He raised online list price of $33 to $35 plus added various fees. I was willing to pay list price but he chose greed over sales today.

    They did the bait and switch on me also … told them I would pay their price plus tax and license fees and they said no they needed $6,000 more. I will never buy a car from there
    • Mal servicio llame para una suv me dijeron que ahí estaba en el la ajencia de carros llegue y no estaba ahí aún que la tenían en el taller para los detalles igualmente me ofrecieron otros vehículos pero la que fui aber nunca estubo ahí te dicen que si la tienen y no es verdad que mal servicio aparte maneje una hora y 45 minutos para que te digan que esta en el taller lo asen para que lleguen clientes y te ofrezcan algo que tu no buscas se pasan la verdad

    Stay away!!! Avoid them at any cost, dont trust! Two of their sales reps told me over the phone they had all 3 cars I was looking for in stock. I have asked them multiple times just to ensure I dont drive over there for 1,5 hours for nothing. Guess what? Once arrived, none of the cars were there. I heard some [non-permissible content removed] arguments about them being in transit (web-site clearly stated they were on stock, and even had stock number item, two sales reps confirmed they were also on stock), that one of them was sold. Sales manager, Paul Hewitt, gave a long apologetic speech and all sorts of reasons, without even realizing that I was after completely other cars. really bad at selling.... Seems like they are using these ads on their web-site as a simple bait to get the customers drive all the away to their dealership. what a cheap trick, wasnt expecting that this is still being practiced in 21st century...

    I have been in the automotive industry for 35+ years and have never been treated so poorly. Example the vehicle I wanted jumped up 2k from the web site price and the vehicle I wanted to sell was A very nice 2015 Ram that 3 other dealers were in a bidding war offering $20,500.00 to I finally sold for $21,300.00 . Big Star offered $ 18,000.00 and when I mentioned what I had been offered it was well that's our offer . The staff is rude and you need an act of congress to speak to a manager
