    I was able to purchase my new car without the usual hassle and long wait at a dealership. Everything was handled there at your dealership and my car was delivered to my door in Baton Rouge, Louisiana!!

    My experience at Moritz Kia in west Fort Worth off of I30 was extremely disappointing and quite frustrating. I phoned the dealership several weeks ago about buying a used Kia. The salesman I spoke with was helpful and courteous. However, when I was ready to actually purchase a car and visited the lot, this same salesman was way too pushy for my comfort.The salesman explained it was the end of the month and they wanted to sell as many cars as possible. NOT MY PROBLEM!! I hadn't even seen what was available for sale much less driven one of their cars but this guy was already in the SOLD mode. I made it clear that I was NOT in a hurry to buy. I was more interested in getting a very good car. He said they don't sell any bad cars but the car I test drove was sluggish. Plus,the car was overpriced by quite a bit. Then this guy introduces me to the owner or manager of the dealership who literally pleads, "Please buy a car from us today". Well, I didn't and I won't. I'll spend my $$ somewhere that recognizes the customer's needs as well as the company's sales goals.

    I have now bought two cars from Moritz and I just have to say, No way will i ever go else where!! Roscoe K. is a great guy and really very, very, helpful. He made sure I got a great deal and then more. The entire staff is very friendly and fun. I love moritz and again, ask for Roscoe!!!!!!

    Over the past week or so I have been in to numerous dealerships looking for a new car to purchase. I went into Moritz Kia of Hurst and was completely underwhelmed by any sort of attempt to earn my business. There was no hustle at all by the salesman and he acted almost like I was a bother to him and that my mere presence was keeping him from something important. I was interested in a Kia Rio, so I went to the Moritz Kia dealership in Fort Worth. Who would have believed that the service that I recieved in Hurst was better than what I received in Fort Worth. I pulled into the dealership and began looking at the meager new car selection, luckily some/most of the cars were unlocked so I was able to see what the interior looked like and the trim level. All of this was done without the assistance of any representation from the dealership. After about 15 minutes of looking at cars a salesman left his perch on the tailgate of a truck over by the service department and put out his cigarette and ambled over to me and asked if I needed any help! I saw these people as I pulled into the dealership and assumed they were customers waiting for their car from the service department. I informed him that I was there to purchase a new car that night, and I was, but since no one at this dealership had any inclination to try to win my business by showing me the respect that any customer deserves I would take my business elsewhere. I was still mad and disappointed by the service that I wrote an email that I hoped would be passed along to someone to at least possibly address this issue and perhaps help a different customer. I received an email from the general manager today and it was a freaking form letter!!! It contained the typical "Sorry to hear about your concern, I will address them, won't happen again etc.", but how bad is it if the GM of an Auto dealership has a freaking form letter to address upset customers. This was typical of my entire experience at both Moritz dealerships and my reason that I will never do business with any of the Moritz dealerships it is too ingrained in the dealerships culture to do only the bare minimum to make the sale. There is absolutely no striving for excellence or customer satisfaction, only do just enough to make the sale and that is good enough. I truely feel sorry for anyone who needs to return to this dealer for some service related issue, since I can not imagine how they treat people who have already purchased a car from them if they can't even bother to talk to someone who may want to purchase a car from them. My advice stay far away from anything having the "Moritz" name especially Mirotz Kia Fort Worth and Moritz Kia Hurst.

    Just traded in my 2011 Optima for a brand new 2014. Roscoe K. took excellent care of me and went above and beyond to make me happy and get me the deal I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful. Fast and easy car buying experience. Will definitely do business there again.

    my 76 yr old mother went to moritz kia just to look because of their weekly sales calls to her .they were pushing their 2014 kia soul hard .when she found out that souls no longer have cd players she said she was no longer interested,so the salesman quikly wrote her an iou,stating when he received his sales commission he would buy her a cd player for her new car.why couldn't he say sorry they don't have cd players ,he did eventualy give her a check for $300 but tried everything not too.they guaranteed her trade to be paid off and gave her a total cash price for new kia soul.well the amount allowed on trade was $1500 less than payoff and $2000 less than book value,that was added to note.the final cash price on contract was $3,200 more than the sticker,ect,ect. she liked the wheel skins (hubcaps)and asked could they be put on new car. mechanic looked and said no new wheels are 16in old ones are 18in.for this she was charged $499.00 !!! where was that money going to go? I went back with her Monday and saw manager and with no protest the final price was lowered $9,987.00 !!when greg from finance came back in he was becoming very irritated that we refused the ext.warranty,the flat tire warranty,ect.when we were getting up to leave he says to me when your mommies car breaks down are you going to pay to fix it??this whole experience has been emotionally damaging to my mom that they were doing this to her and she didn't realize it.how many seniors don't have someone to watch out for them,without me she would be paying an additional $10,000 for this car.

    Roscoe and Anthony did an outstanding job getting us into the car that we wanted. They went beyond the the duties of any car sales person i ever dealt with in the past. You will definitely see my family again in the future.

    I researched the car I was wanting and contacted this dealership's online sales office. They communicated promptly with me and located an Optima Hybrid for me to test -drive and worked around my schedule to schedule my appointment. I was treated with respect and everything was just as promised. I love my new car!

    Moritz Kia of Ft Worth is the only dealership I deal with. They are honest and treat their customers great, before and after you purchase a car from them. We got a great price and got the car I wanted.
