Driving a new Kia Sportage SX Turbo

I was given a good review of the features of the Sportage but there is so much the instrument panel… does that it would take several hours to explain. Have to read the manual (though this is no criticism of D.J.'s explanation). You found the car we wanted and were competitive (though not cheapest) on price. The sales staff was knowledgeable and very courteous, and when we brought up some minor issues, those issues… were addressed immediately. I never once felt pressured or that I wasn't being given enough time. Aside from the issues that were corrected on the spot the vehicle itself was in amazing condition as well and it stood as a testament to the dedication of the service staff at Moritz.Thank you for taking the time to write this review. He even paid my daughter a $100.00 incentive out of his pocket for sending someone else. He was awesome… took really good care of us even not saleing my daughter one car because come to find out there was sludge in the engine then found her another one that was even nicer. I really feel like Kia should pay the incentive though.Thank you for sharing your experience with us! by GotWhatIWanted on 09/28/2016updated 10/10/2016MoritzKia of Fort Worth went above and beyond to meet my "wants". Never at anytime did I feel pushed into my decision. I went in to view a Kia Sportage that I saw online. Unfortunately it was out on loan. We looked at everything they had,… new and used. My heart was set on the used one I saw online. We went ahead and went through financing as they worked on getting the car back in. I was sent away in a loaner vehicle so I would not have to sit around and wait. 2 days later, I went to pick up my car. I was surprised upon arrival as to the amount of cosmetic damage, as well as the dire need for new tires. It was not what I expected. Our salesman Johnathan was completely understanding and brought us to the Manager, George Vazquez to see what could be done. Let me tell you they went above and beyond to make this car look like new again, as well as brand new tires. I feel completely comfortable in my future with my new car family. They definitely put the customer first, and that is amazing. On a side note, if you are a car person, the KIA Forte was my loaner, and she was a beauty. Super fun to drive, to small for me, but could be the future car of your dreams. Please, before you go to a tote the note, or a used small time dealership, walk in to MortizKIA of Fort Worth, it will be the best decision you ever make.GotWhatIWanted, thank you for leaving us your positive review.
