MoritzKia of Fort Worth went above and beyond to meet my "wants". Never at anytime did I feel pushed into my decision. I went in to view a Kia Sportage that I saw online. Unfortunately it was out on loan. We looked at everything they had, new and used. My heart was set on the used one I saw online. We went ahead and went through financing as they worked on getting the car back in. I was sent away in a loaner vehicle so I would not have to sit around and wait. 2 days later, I went to pick up my car. I was surprised upon arrival as to the amount of cosmetic damage, as well as the dire need for new tires. It was not what I expected. Our salesman Johnathan was completely understanding and brought us to the Manager, George Vazquez to see what could be done. Let me tell you they went above and beyond to make this car look like new again, as well as brand new tires. I feel completely comfortable in my future with my new car family. They definitely put the customer first, and that is amazing. On a side note, if you are a car person, the KIA Forte was my loaner, and she was a beauty. Super fun to drive, to small for me, but could be the future car of your dreams. Please, before you go to a tote the note, or a used small time dealership, walk in to MortizKIA of Fort Worth, it will be the best decision you ever make.
