I came in to look at a 2011 Kia Sorento and the customer service that my wife and I received was above and beyond what I expected. The sales staff was knowledgeable and very courteous, and when we brought up some minor issues, those issues were addressed immediately. I never once felt pressured or that I wasn't being given enough time. Aside from the issues that were corrected on the spot the vehicle itself was in amazing condition as well and it stood as a testament to the dedication of the service staff at Moritz.
