Super Duty F350 King Ranch

by Sho on 03/11/2024Overall had an excellent sales guy Chris who went above and beyond. Wasn’t extremely happy with financing J.M. they could have explained better and not pushed on warranties and extended things I really didn’t need or want or understand and… when I asked to explain he kind of was a little shady and wouldn’t take the time out to explain himself better on what he was trying to up-sale on my new vehicle. But after I had time to go home and rethink of what all he had pressured me into getting that was not really what I needed or what we wanted in the first place I had the chance to come back and change somethings and get what I felt was explained more in detail and not pushed and pressured on me the first go around. He also had not completed all my paperwork/ contract the first time I was there and was sending me blank ( not filled out ) emails wanting me to sign them which I refused because who knows what I could be signing if the blankets were empty !! But overall the dealership did make up for the weak areas when I did have concerns on the uncomfortable matter.Best in the west

Moving forward to this past weekend, my husband brought my car in for an oil change… and after meeting Hayden H. He ended up buying a brand new Ford F150. We have been so impressed with everything that this dealership has to offer from start to finish. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional and extremely friendly. They treat you like a person. They go above and beyond. I would absolutely refer anyone looking to buy or lease or service a vehicle to Auto Nation Fort Worth. They have my business from here on out.Manny’s the MAN!

I special ordered one back in December, and received it in august. He kept me updated… throughout the whole process AND made my car buying experience nearly painless!Simple & Seamless - Great Experience!

No long waiting, no back and forth to sales manager as in a typical car sale. Chris was very friendly,… personable, and made our day very easy. Josh did a great job with signing as well. I told him my story & that I needed a car in the worst way & everything I had all kinds of stuff going on w/ my totaled car so he promised he could… help me & sure enough he got me what I needed & got me in a car & exactly the payment I wanted !! I was crying with excitement!! My parents were happy for me I did something for myself & by myself was what I wanted I told the dealership & Chris Thomas the salesman!!
