    I had an excellent experience with AutoNation. It was simple NO pressure Great service & Terrific follow up. My wife and I came in to look at a vehicle we saw online. I made the appointment via email with Nayeli Mora. She was very pleasant… to work with. My wife and I really liked her no pressure approach. After that we sat down with Tyler to go over warranty options and take took care of all the paperwork. He was very helpful and easy to work with. We’ve been enjoying the vehicle for a couple weeks now and everything seems to work fine we are more than pleased : ). Thank you for all your help in getting us through the process of purchasing a vehicle.

    Had my oil change and DEF pump replaced they did a great job and also updated some of my electrical systems with me tell them to do so love this place and the service they give me has a customer.

    The service department had my vehicle the first time for 5 weeks, diagnosed an issue, replaced a part. Then upon addressing the reason I brought it in, in the first place, a non-functioning left headlamp, I was told it was the housing that… needed replacing. I had to source that part myself from Mopar because of exorbitant cost structures through your dealership (saved $900). So $3500 later my car was "fixed", for a week. Then returned with the same issues. Was told it was the TIPM, a part your corporation knew was faulty in 2014, issues a minor recall with defective TIPMS, and settled a class action for them. So then I was told to replace would be $1900, for the part alone. It would be on order for 4 weeks. Was put off an additional 2 weeks and then indefinitely...was told I could again, try to source the part. I did through another vendor and had it to your dealership in 2 days, once again saving $1000 on the part alone. So after 11 weeks, almost 3 months and nearly $5000, (the TIPM, and additional services for installation and programming should have been free of charge due to the previous service for parts and install that didn't fix the problem) I was sold parts I didn't need, services I did not approve, told to source my own parts from third party vendors, and we think my headlight might be fixed. I'll give it a week. Truly disappointed with your service, communication, dedication to your product, price structures, and diagnostic skills for a service and repair facility for a vehicle you designed, engineered, and eventually sold to an unsuspecting public with obvious design and electrical issues. Please do better. This was a ridiculous and stressful experience that was solely the fault of the dealership and repair services. The service rep performed IMO below expectations to support and mitigate but it oftentimes appeared as if I was a problem more than a customer, like they and the dealership were doing me a favor of some sort. I had to instigate almost every contact, check on progress, and pry information from them. Maybe that's adequate in your view in today's era of the service industry, but it leaves much to be desired.

    I brought my vehicle in for service on 9/12. I let Don know some issues I was having with the car. He told me I would need to set up a separate appointment to get those things looked at. He did not try to set up an appt with me then and… there. I had to call back the next day to try and set up an appt with him. He told me he would call me back no later the next day. Never heard back that Friday. I had to call back Tuesday for follow up. He promised he would call back by end of day. Wednesday still nothing. I had to call back again Wednesday to speak to Kyle for assistance. He took my info and was very helpful. Don eventually call me back and told me it was a good thing I bought my car there because he can help me, but it wouldn’t be until another week or so when they got a loaner back- MAYBE. He said he would call me within a week. Not holding my breathe. Auto nation in NRH has better and quick customer service! They actually care about their customers- and you do not have to buy your car from NRH location for them to take care of you!

    The service department staff at this location is fantastic! They were all so friendly, and did everything they could to take care of me and my car. I have the new 2023 Dodge Hornet, so there are issues that have come up that haven’t been… addressed by anyone that I have spoken to yet. I have spoken to Mopar, the Dodge Connect app customer service, other dealership service departments, all to no avail. While they did not originally know how to take care of the issue I was concerned with, they continued to work on it until they were able to solve the issue. Donnie was very patient and helpful. Brian (I think that is the manager’s name) was very kind and personable. The service mechanic that was able to figure out how to correct the issue with my car was very helpful and determined. I am very grateful to the staff in the service department for taking such good care of my vehicle and getting my concern addressed.

    My review is solely based on my experience and my experience only. Auto Nation was excellent. It has been and was the best car purchase I have ever experienced. From the General Manager Jason, to our salesman Jorge, to the Finance… Manager Demarcus, they all went above and beyond. We drove from Oklahoma to purchase our new 2023 Challenger Scat Pack and this team was so accommodating and easy to work with. We came in, drove the car, finished our paperwork and financing and were out the door in 2 hours. If you’re thinking about Auto Nation for your vehicle needs, buy, sell or trade, don’t hesitate, they’re awesome! Thanks again guys! We’ll be back!
