AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Fort Worth

Visited to consider first ever Jeep purchase. Decided to buy Grand Cherokee. It was Saturday evening and credit work was done. Both of us had 800+ FiCO. Told to come back Monday to complete deal. We did but did financing w credit union as well as service contract. Both would have been done w Auto Nation if anyone cared. Should have rolled Saturday, Attempted to make contact w G/Mgr to discuss but no return contact ever came. Also would have bumped up to Limited model to get 0/72 interest but sales person had no interest in checking out the advertising interest program available at the time. It seems clear that management is not concerned over customer satisfaction. BTW… we love our Jeep.. would have enjoyed having some of upper lever features.
