Synthetic oil change and Tire Rotation

Appointment was schedule for 10am. Arrived on time. I'm completely satisfied with Service advisor Stephen Scott. Stephen informed it would take 60 minutes and not more then 90. I'm not happy with service technician. After waiting two hours I went and asked Scott how much longer. He went out to check and came back and told me oil was being installed and tires had to be rotated. It was another 30 miures before car was ready. My appointment was at 10. It shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires.
