    I had really loose steering in my new Jeep that was making it difficult to even stay in the middle of the lane. So, I researched and found there was a Service Bulletin put out to fix it. So, I went into the dealership to have them fix it. They drove the Jeep, verifies the issue, and then applied the proper fix with the new parts. They gave me a loaner as well. Top notch customer service!

    This was the second vehicle we have purchased from AutoNation. The process was easy and they worked to get the financing we wanted. AutoNation has courteous and knowledgeable staff. The only issue we had was that the the inside of the windows had not been cleaned. Other wise everything else was fine. Would purchase from again.

    They made me an appointment at 1:00 pm and they let me sit in the waiting area for over an hour then came and told me they were too busy to look at my vehicle! They set the appointment why would you do this to someone! Then they said to bring it back in 2 weeks to leave with them for a couple of days! Ha no way I will never use this place for service! No customer service skills whatsoever! Run take your car elsewhere!

  • Bad Service

    Had my vehicle in shop for oil change, tire rotation, faulty backup camera and faulty front parking sensor. When I got the vehicle, I was in a hurry and did not check the work completed. The next day I went to open tail gate and it would not open. On my way to take it back I noticed they did not reset my dash for the oil change. Lastly, while at the dealer, I noticed they put the new sensor in but did not paint it to match the others. Needless to say, this is very terrible quality control and I hate going to this dealership but it's the closest to my home and the others are a lot further out. Time to go back to a Ford F150.

  • You can't ask for better care.

    I've never been a dealership kind of person before this. They have taken such great care of us since the first time I visited here. The Service Department was my first experience. I did bring a recall here a couple of times and then had my vehicle worked on here a couple of times. Everyone treats you with such care and watching them take care of our vehicles like it was their own was a breath of fresh air for us. They even take me to work from there when it is going to be a big job. I love that. One time I had something little I could not complete myself, and they said pull it up here and they finish that project for me in about 15 minutes. I also know that they were working past the time they normally go home. They said to take care and we will see you next time. No charge. They were right, I do just keep coming back. I couldn't ask for better care. I've really enjoyed the AutoNation experience and will continue to do business with them.

    Everyone was very nice from the person greeting you at the door, to the sales person, and finance. It was very fast and informative. The only hold up was my insurance company, but as soon as that worked out I was in my new JEEP driving to work. Thanks Auriel Carbone! You made it all easy.

    Work was done in a timely manner but techs left oily finger prints on the hood and on the inside, along with leaving radiator fluid in the catch pan after replacing the thermostat

    Excellent service from Joe DeSimone. We were in a rush because we had somewhere we needed to be at a certain time and he made sure the vehicle was detailed, filled up and that all the sales paperwork was complete while we were getting done financing. He was running from place to place and even aired up the tires himself to make sure it got done.

    I don't even know where to start with how well I was taken care of by Kameron Beal (Sales), Arthur Basil (Sales), and Raul (Finance). These guys bent over backwards to make sure I could drive off the lot in a new truck. I really appreciated their honesty and sincerity, but most of all how they listened to what I was wanting and needing and using that to get me into something I would love.
