Service sucks
by Montytruck on 02/01/2025I the worst I ever had had my truck for three days and never touched it. Had and appointment dropped it off the never even check the drop box. Once I call them they finally check it a little bit I gave them the go ahead to fix it and they… never did the repair so I just went a pick it up. Synthetic oil change and Tire Rotation
by Rob's Jeep on 12/14/2023Appointment was schedule for 10am. Arrived on time. I'm completely satisfied with Service advisor Stephen Scott. Stephen informed it would take 60 minutes and not more then 90. I'm not happy with service technician. After waiting two hours… I went and asked Scott how much longer. He went out to check and came back and told me oil was being installed and tires had to be rotated. It was another 30 miures before car was ready. My appointment was at 10. Lazy manager/ never shop new cars there again
by Brobillw on 11/09/2023Visited to consider first ever Jeep purchase. Decided to buy Grand Cherokee. It was Saturday evening and credit work was done. Both of us had 800+ FiCO. Told to come back Monday to complete deal. We did but did financing w credit union as… well as service contract. Both would have been done w Auto Nation if anyone cared. Should have rolled Saturday, Attempted to make contact w G/Mgr to discuss but no return contact ever came. Also would have bumped up to Limited model to get 0/72 interest but sales person had no interest in checking out the advertising interest program available at the time. It seems clear that management is not concerned over customer satisfaction. BTW… we love our Jeep.. would have enjoyed having some of upper lever features.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Friendly, but doesn't fill in for ill fellow teammates
by CarlyDM on 11/07/2023I dropped my Jeep off to have my dampeners replaced. Due to the UAW strike, they were unable to replace the dampeners because they could not get the parts. My service advisor went out sick for the next 2 days. Instead of another advisor… helping him out and giving me a call to let me know I could pick up my Jeep since it would be a month before the parts would be in, I was without a vehicle for no reason. The only reason I am taking my Jeep back is because they have already ordered the part.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention.
