As usual, the Casa service department is awesome. Everyone is always so polite and helpful. Craig C. is a professional and I know I can depend on him.

Of the two Ford dealerships we visited Saturday Casa Ford has the better sales people. Mando was courteous, energetic, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Scheduled a follow up visit to address engine noise. They kept it for a day and once the issue was resolved, they explained what they found and was able to pick up right away.

My service assistant is very knowledgeable, and is always helpful, courteous, and goes the extra mile to make sure that all is taken care of. He is expedient, applies much attention to detail, and makes sure the work is complete. To this day, I remain eternally grateful to Mr. Craig Coltharp because he went out of his way to make sure that me and my family would make it comfortablly to Disneyland and back in the cold of December with a heater that was still being serviced. I say eternally grateful because I am convinced that no one would have treated me as exemplary as he did. Mr. Coltharp treated me like a brother and my trip with my family was awesome and without a glitch. I value Mr. Craig Coltharp highly because he has personally demonstrated to me that he is at the very top of his game. Because of my good and professional experience with Mr. Coltharp, I highly recommend him and the CASA Ford Dealership to everyone and anyone I meet. In fact, my neighbor who just bought a 2018 Ford Super Duty recently inquired and I recommended Craig Coltharp and CASA Ford without hesitation.

He got me right in, and the vehicle was ready he said it would be. I found a few extra minutes to do something else besides wait - a nice surprise.

  • Bad service or should I say NO Serivice

1 out of 5 starsby dfuentes on 05/28/2018

I took my truck in for warranty issues, a list of five items, and the truck was at their premises five days. I then called on the fifth day to inquire about what they had done. They told me it was in line to be seen. What? After five days and still nothing was done or was seen to see what was wrong? I decided to pick it up instead of leaving it for who knows how many more days. The main problem on picking it up is that they didn't care, just gave me the vehicle and I left. Something went terrible wrong because they are not usually this stupid. I even wrote a letter of complaint and they have not responded to that either. At this point, I would NOT recommend using their service department.

Arrived a few minutes early to my appointment. While waiting overheard the service rep make rude comments for me being early. After the service was completed i had to wait on paperwork while the ladies behind the desk socialized and paid little attention to customers. I watched my papereork get dropped off and then waited an additional 10 minutes before walking back up to desk to remind them i was still waiting.

  • They use unethical tactics to make a sale

    1 out of 5 starsby icemaker3 on 07/31/2016

I rarely write reviews, but I feel others need to be aware of this business and their unethical tactics. Me and my wife stopped by Casa Ford on July 9th, 2016. The first salesman that approached me was a guy by the name of Roberto. He was friendly, which we admired, however, I got straight to the point. I told him what specific vehicle (2016 Explorer) I wanted and the specific payment I wanted, which was $400 a month. In fact, I had the VIN number to the vehicle which I got from the website. We haggled with the manager and finally told him I would go no higher than $450 a month, in addition, I was giving them a $1,000 down payment. Make a long story short, the deal didn't go through and we walked out without getting a new Explorer. Upon looking at the salesman's paperwork where he started crunching numbers, it turns out they were trying to give us way below what our trade-in vehicle was worth (2014 Ford Fusion). They weren't here to help us, they were trying to rip us off. Obviously we weren't happy about what they offered us for our trade. The manager would not budge on the specific payment I wanted or the amount I wanted for my trade, even after I said I would go for a higher payment. Big deal, me and my wife figured we'd wait a little bit before looking elsewhere. Here's where I think the dealership screwed up. Less than a week later, guess what? Roberto called my cell phone and asked if I had found a vehicle. I told him no. He said he had good news and to come in the dealership because they had new incentives. I told him I didn't have time and said that the manager SHOULD HAVE settled with the $450 payment I was asking for. He said, "I know," and told me to keep him in mind when we were ready. Then I told him we no longer have the $1,000 down payment we offered to pay them. Life happens. Well, days later, Roberto called me again, this time leaving a voicemail indicating he was very close to negotiating with the manager on getting that payment I wanted and to call him back right away. I ignored him. On Monday, July 25, 2016, Roberto called me again. This is the 3rd time. I looked at my phone and noticed another missed call from Roberto, so it was 4 times that he called. Kind of annoying if you ask me. I thought, either they were trying to help me get into a new car or they were desperate. This time he said he had new incentives, new promotions, more discounts and that he was going to make that deal go through. I specifically told him I could no longer do the $450 a month payment, so now I had to go with my original payment of $400 a month. He didn't care that I no longer had the down payment, instead, he said he was almost there and could make it happen and awaiting approval from the manager. Well, he never called me back so I called him. No answer. The manager finally contacted me and said he would look into it. I don't recall the manager's name, but he didn't sound as if though he wanted to work with me. I explained to him our current financial situation. He said he would have Roberto call me back. Roberto did not call me back. I figured if he has already harassed me 3 different times, they must be willing to sell me the vehicle on my terms. Instead, Roberto sent me a lame text message which read, "Too far apart $515". First I must say, this is very unprofessional on his part and on the part of Casa Ford. This dealership should re-train their salesmen and teach them to NOT give customers false hope and lie about new incentives and promotions being available and telling customers, "I have good news", when in fact they do not. This was very deceiving. This guy was just desperate to make a sale. I experienced nothing but the runaround with this dealership. The point is, DON'T LIE to customers. Even after I walked out that first day, they continued to call me, but never made an effort to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Why call me back several times if you guys can't help me? Very disappointing to say the least.
  • They won't help you unless you say you're ready to buy

    1 out of 5 starsby ralpho74 on 05/17/2015

Sales people launched upon my arrival. They asked if I was ready to buy. I said I'm not sure, that's why I'm here to view and drive. The sales people no longer wanted to help. They said that someone will be with me shortly. It took 45 minutes to get help. I left and went to Viva Ford instead.
