Dealership Service Review
Being a new customer from out of state, when I made the appointment they were all excited about my expectations from the dealer who serviced the vehicle for the last 6 years so I told them and was assured their service would surpass that. The wait for an oil change, tire rotation and balance check was only 2 hours - not bad. However they charged me $77 to balance the tires and never told me they needed balanced. Then after paying I had to find my vehicle "somewhere on the lot" not pulled up to the door. When that was accomplished the interior of the vehicle still had the plastic protection on the seat, the temporary paper floor mat on the floor and the service windshield card laying in the cab, The dashboard electronics were not set back to original (after updating the oil change service I guess) and the vehicle was not washed.
