    Want your personal information before you look at the car. Different price. No fixablity. Hurry up to complete credit check. Questionable business practices. Spam will occur on your phone number text message etc. don't do business with this dealership.

    Being a new customer from out of state, when I made the appointment they were all excited about my expectations from the dealer who serviced the vehicle for the last 6 years so I told them and was assured their service would surpass that. The wait for an oil change, tire rotation and balance check was only 2 hours - not bad. However they charged me $77 to balance the tires and never told me they needed balanced. Then after paying I had to find my vehicle "somewhere on the lot" not pulled up to the door. When that was accomplished the interior of the vehicle still had the plastic protection on the seat, the temporary paper floor mat on the floor and the service windshield card laying in the cab, The dashboard electronics were not set back to original (after updating the oil change service I guess) and the vehicle was not washed.

    Had to wait in the street in line for about 20 min just to get in the building, only one service advisor at the time. Had 8:00 appointment didn't get into building until 8:20. Had the tires rotated. It was marked on the invoice the air pressure was adjusted, but it was not. I took the truck back the following day the have the air pressure adjusted properly. Was charged $103.00 for a fuel filter I can buy all day long for almost half that,(including motorcraft brand). I very much understand making a profit but seriously

    Yamil was a great salesman and there helping me every step of the way. He wasn't pushy and was very patient while I was looking at several different vehicles. One of the best experiences I've had shopping for a new car!

    Our Experience at Casa Ford Lincoln in El Paso, TX was wonderful. We were so impressed with our Sales person Joe Colon. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the inventory on the lot. He was so personable and friendly. I cant tell you how excited we were to have had this outstanding buying experience. I will recommend Joe to everyone and to Casa Ford Lincon in El Paso, TX.

    My wife and I were looking for a new car. Our salesman, Michael Gonzalez, was friendly, courteous, and professional. He made the car buying experience very easy and stress-free.

    I applied on line and was pre approved prior to going to the dealership. Once there they immediately paired me to my representative who was going to take me through the process. I was not sure if I was going to purchase a vehicle, but I did. My salesperson did not hassle me or give me the run around. He asked me what I wanted and did his best to accommodate my needs. I am a fan of Lincoln and have always purchased my vehicles from this dealership. I have never had anything but excellent customer service and would recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy their car buying experience. Damien was my representative and he was great. The finance department was fast and courteous as well. I would say that I keep going back because I have never had an issue with any of the departments. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

    Best salesman ever, Javier Jimenez! We have purchased two vehicles through him and my brother purchased one also. He is efficient, friendly and works hard to make sure everything goes as quick and easy as possible. Thanks again for all you have done.

    Not very pleased. Made two repairs that did not fix the problem; charged for both saying it was fixed. Then found the real problem and finally fixed the issue. Obviously charged for that too.
