Easy Oil change

The service dept went above expectations when they noticed it needed to be done, and did it.… When receiving the vehicle, I remembered about the tire rotation being needed to be done. by JuanTorres on 06/01/2023We met with Alex at Autonation Hyundai about 3 months back in hopes to get the 8 seat vehicle of our dreams for us and our 6 kids. Unfortunately at that time, we weren’t sure of how we’d get the down & monthly payments to where we’d like,… or if we were quite ready to make the jump, so we made one of our biggest regrets in our car buying experiences and went somewhere else. It took less than 3 months to realize that I settled for another vehicle at a dealership that could care less about keeping their customers happy the second after they leave the lot. SO, long story short we came back & Alex made it happen! We were able to trade in our vehicle, and get the vehicle we knew we had been wanting (with extra features) all while staying in our price range. Christina made it possible even from 400 miles away from my place. She got… it finalized, booked, financed, everything on just text messages. Kept me updated every week and put the car in ready for pickup situation. Helped me from point of inquiry till delivery. I am so surprised with how much she was cooperative, she even helped me to get things moved out and in my car to install all weather floor mats. Strongly recommends this place for their transparency and unlike any other places which keeps pushing you to buy nonsense things. Spoke with Charles my service adviser. And Dan called me from corporate office 3 days later. Between… both of them, I got my car back in 2 weeks. Thank you guys for keeping me informed. Changed my opinion- for the better!
by Maureen on 04/20/2023We had a terrible experience at this location a little over a year ago. Waited five hours to have our tires and wheels exchanged. Prior to that, we waited four hours for an oil change. We had an appointment for both of these services, was… not a drop in. I vowed at that time to never return to this dealership. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to come back for a tire replacement. I will say I was beyond pleased with the service I received! We were walk in clients, and your team had us back on the road in about 2 hours. I am more than happy to update my review to five stars, because that is what I received. Five star service! Charles was my service manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I was informed in every step of the way about my service. The waiting area, which used to be outdated and dirty has been upgraded and updated. We will definitely be back!Hello, we appreciate your input.
