    Service writer was great!. Got in my truck to leave and there was dirty oil on my leather center console, wiped it off and was on my way, that’s why I gave a no for quality of work.

  • John Serna great service and communication at Autonation corpus christi

    We had a great experience with Mr. Serna. He kept in communication with us throughout the repairs. Things didn't go perfect with parts but he kept us in the loop and kept to his word on when we could pick up our daughters vehicle. He cares for people which makes him even a better employee.

    My brake lines were recalled and I called the dealership to see if they could take care of it since I’m new to the area. I spoke to John and he set me up with the soonest appt and got my car into service and out of at the promised time. He was very easy to work with and kept me updated on work being done as well as other things that needed maintenance on my car with quotes to follow. Very pleased with my experience all around.

  • Happy but here’s some feedback

    Scheduled an appt online to have F150 repaired while out of town visiting port A. Service center opened @ 7am. I was asked if I had an appointment? Told them I did and they said “we don’t see it.” Showed them my confirmation email. First lady handed me off to younger lady who was polite and inspected the truck and who took my info. She called before the end of day to tell me they had to order a part from out of town and that it would be a day or two. I called and spoke to a guy mid afternoon the next day who asked me “what part did they have to order.” He said he would call me right back. He did not call. At 4:30 I called and spoke to a lady who said that my service lady was away from her desk. While I was on hold a mechanic brought my completed work order to the lady on the phone. I had an hour to pickup the truck which I did. The first day the nice guy in the courtesy van took me across the freeway to the Enterprise rental place to rent a vehicle. I am happy with the repair. The service follow-up left me scratching my head.

  • Do not go to autonation ford horrible service department

    I had a 7:30 am appointment, no one ever looked at my 2021 Ford F150 all day. They told me at 4pm they couldn’t do service work for issues with transmission and I should take it somewhere else. Why didn’t they tell me this before I dropped off my vehicle.

  • Bad customer service

    I bought a vehicle 4 months ago that no longer works. Will not start or do anything. I been having issues since the months ago but it gave out completely after taking to get serviced back at the dealership. Manager refuses to help in any way & just tells me he’ll give me a call back but never does. My sales rep Jesse was extremely rude & once she got her sale has not given any type of customer service. I put my trust on this dealership only to be let down and not given any type of customer service. Do not invest your money here.

    The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I made an appearance on line, had an email confirmation of the appointment and when I dropped off my car, it wasn't in their schedule to be dropped off. I thought this was supposed to make it easier. On the good side my service ended up being nearly $200 less than what was quoted.

    I worked with Alicia Gamez she was amazing!! When I got there about 9am it was pretty busy in there and I had to wait a few minutes but I didn't mind. When she waited on my she was very attentive and friendly. I took my car in for an oil change and a recall. I also had problems with the driver door not working right. She looked at the door and realized the problem. She looked for a recall and there was not one. She said she had not seen this problem. She asked me to wait and went to talk to a technician. I'm am so glad she did!! They did research and found out that there was a defect in the door and they had to replace the door. She also said it was covered and I didn't have to pay for the work or the door. When I went to pick up the car she explained it would be about 2 week before they door was ready and she would call me. Again she was helpful. If Alicia had not taken the time to talk to a technician and research the problem I believe the situation would have been different and I might have been responsible for the door. Alicia provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond! This type of action shows that she really cares about her customers and she wants to make sure they get good service.

  • Not Having Communication with Customer

    Lack of communication of status of my car. Had to wait 3 hours for car pick up, got a call 3 hours after to inquire what was the service to be done, even though that was in the confirmation of the appointment, not communication from their end regarding overnight stay due to not finishing car service, and wait 2 hours for car drop off.

    Trying to get a service rep on the phone was crazy, they sent me pics of truck around 8:30 am showing they were working on it and I called 4 times trying to get updates, I finally got someone to tell me the truck was done at 5:30 PM all they did was 2 recalls on wipers and Emissions.
