Great communication

I have a fleet of vehicles and have had issues with the other Ford Dealership in town. I took vehicles to Autonation to see if they would be a better fit for my needs. What i appreciate is Johnathan's communication in letting me know what the issue is and how quickly we can resolve this problem . As of this point i have sent other vehicles there due to the service being much better here.
