Recall on emissions system to my Ford Edge.

I called the dealer on Monday for a Friday appointment to have the emissions system reprogrammed. I got an early appointment (which I liked). I brought the car in on Friday with the expectation that the reprogramming would be complete before the end of the day. The advisor worked with me to assure it was completed. I was pleased with the experience.
