Terrible communication

onThey took my car in the morning and I had to late in the afternoon to hear they hadn’t started. Guy said he would give me a call before the end of the day and never did. Had to call the next day to get updates. They told me they found no problems and to pick it up. They told me they changed the oil like I asked but after I had them double check it was discovered they never did it.
