  • Within 60 days and 1000 miles I already had to take my car into their shop.

    Within 60 days and 1000 miles I already had to take my car into their shop. 3 days to change my car battery and the Bluetooth speaker they said they fixed, does not work. They didn't check my interior light, like I asked either. And 3 days was on expedited time, because I complained about my car needing work and me already having to pay extra to fix what wasn't fixed before they sold me the car.

    Though this truck has been one problem after another, the service team at AutoNation North Corpus Christi have done their job in taking care of the problems. From motor to transmission, they have dug through it all and done a good job each time of getting me back on the road. The service center does a good job keeping me up to date on my vehicles repairs.

    Scheduling was easy. Contacting the handler for repairs was quite difficult. I would call be put on hold & go to voice mail. Leave a message & never get a call back. Call next day - still no call back. When they realized I was upset, then i received a call back. I was just checking on the status & what the problem was with the AC (under warrenty). I was told don't call her back that she would get with me when the truck was ready. Really???? The lady who answers in service cannot answer a simple question. If I have already paid for repair & truck is parked in employee area, how late can we pick it up. She kept telling me I need the keys, whichich I had. The she would tell me I need my receipt, which I had because I paid early that morning. Then she transfered me to the repair lady again. I hung up & called back & talked to a nice man in Used vehicle sales & told him my problem & asked if he could answer my question. And guess what he did. I understand that service is busy but, for not to be called back a day later, then told not to call back that they would contact me & the lady inservice who answers the phone could not answer a simple question?? I am questioning whether I should bring in my other truck for warranty work if this is the way you are treated. The service work done was great. Shout out to the mechanics. I will recommend them but I would tell them beware

  • Chevy Tahoe heated steering wheel part

    Letter from Chevy that National back order on part was no longer issue and parts were available. Letter gave direction to contact your local dealership for part availability and schedule time to get part installed. Waited 3 weeks for my appointment. Got to dealership 8am then waited until 10am that morning for service advisor to come back and tell me that they had the wrong part and the right part was still on National back order. They could not explain why the letters went out. Did not offer to reach out to Chevy and notify them that this issue was happening. Could not give me any idea if or when part would be available. Just wasted 2 hours of my Thursday morning. Very frustrating.

    Upon entering the service area, I was not greeted and had to ask for assistance and guidance. The service tech had to look for my paperwork when I had an appointment. Better greeting, guidance, preparation and organization is needed.

    If it wasn’t that I am still waiting for my chip updates I would never due business with your company again I was scheduled by your team to have upgrades done on my last visit only to be told I had to wait for gm I firmly believe you have no intention on completing this recall because you will have to change out dash our daughter bought same car from another dealer at the same time and already had chip put in
