AC Repair

Scheduling was easy. Contacting the handler for repairs was quite difficult. I would call be put on hold & go to voice mail. Leave a message & never get a call back. Call next day - still no call back. When they realized I was upset, then i received a call back. I was just checking on the status & what the problem was with the AC (under warrenty). I was told don't call her back that she would get with me when the truck was ready. Really???? The lady who answers in service cannot answer a simple question. If I have already paid for repair & truck is parked in employee area, how late can we pick it up. She kept telling me I need the keys, whichich I had. The she would tell me I need my receipt, which I had because I paid early that morning. Then she transfered me to the repair lady again. I hung up & called back & talked to a nice man in Used vehicle sales & told him my problem & asked if he could answer my question. And guess what he did. I understand that service is busy but, for not to be called back a day later, then told not to call back that they would contact me & the lady inservice who answers the phone could not answer a simple question?? I am questioning whether I should bring in my other truck for warranty work if this is the way you are treated. The service work done was great. Shout out to the mechanics. I will recommend them but I would tell them beware
