Great buying experience with Andy Ritter
by grhertzy on 07/06/2016I was in the market for a Toyota Highlander and was in contact with about 5 different Toyota dealers in the Houston area. Gullo Toyota in Conroe had the model and color I was looking for. Andy Ritter, our internet salesman, was most… helpful in adding some options I wanted and removing the running boards which I didn't want. I called him on a Monday to finalize the deal and we had an appt. set up for Tuesday afternoon at 2:00. We completed the paperwork, did the walk through on the car and were out of the dealership by 3:30. Everything was as promised. Andy gave me a fair price, was efficient in his presentation and got the extra work done in time for our appointment. Overall, a very pleasant car buying experience.They Do Things Right
by Quidzark on 06/15/2016Without going into too many details, I just want to say that if a problem arises during the sale, these guys will make things right. My salesman was Michael Forbes, and both he and the sales manager went the extra mile when a problem arose… during the sale. I feel I was treated more than fairly, got a great deal on a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota, and I couldn't be happier with both the car and the service I received. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Mr. Forbes. He really went "above and beyond" to be sure I was happy.New Car Purchase
by vishy612 on 06/04/2016Was in the market for a 2016 Prius 2 with some added options and color choice. None of the Houston area dealers matched or even came close to Gullo Toyota's drive out price. All negotiations were handled by email and phone calls with Mike… Payne without even visiting dealership. Went to dealership and drove my car without spending hours or haggling over price. I am not sure about service department comments by folks on this site but would definitely recommend friends and family for buying an automobile from this dealer.Excellent Sales Experience

She is extremely helpful and caring. Last time she was able to deliver the car I purchased… to Galveston and this time she was able to have it delivered to me in Oklahoma! by stewdj4 on 11/20/2015I recently purchased a new 2016 4Runner from Gullo and had a very good experience from start to finish. Initial Contact: I contacted a number of dealers in the area online and received a response form Andy Ritter within hours which… included all of the details of the price before TT&L (which anyone can recalculate themselves) but included every charge that showed up on the final purchase agreement. There were no games with add ons that were not clearly identified, or reclassifying items within categories after the fact to try and hide price increases. As a CPA and former lender (which Gullo did not know), I have seen most ways to increase the price which Gullo simply did not do. Andy was able to identify a car that fit my needs the same day, we settled on the out the door price and value for the trade. Total time in the dealer including a test drive was less than an hour. Delivery of the Car: The car arrived 3 days later from the distributor as expected and Andy contacted me to arrange a time to pick up the vehicle. Andy had the car ready and detailed and met me at the door to finalize the paperwork. Again, I took the time to read the fine print on the contract, and again, there was no movement in any of the price categories, and none of the other gimmicks car dealers get a bad name for. Andy passed me off to Andrew to finalize the documentation and discuss financing/insurance options. After discussing my needs and arrangements, Andrew agreed that the in-house financing and insurance products did not fit my needs given my alternatives. He was not pushy and I never felt like I needed to add on any additional items. Here is where the sales contract was actually signed, and again, there were no dealer tricks or changes on their end. The total time in the dealer to finalize paperwork was about an hour and fifteen minutes, so total time to purchase the car ended up being slightly over 2 hours. Conclusion: I have had time to digest the admittedly large purchase, and I have no regrets and would definitely buy from Gullo Toyota again. Throughout the process, they kept their word on pricing and delivery timing and I would recommend this dealer to a friend or family member knowing they would receive the same honest, ethical treatment.Hello stewdj4, thank you for the wonderful feedback. Brock Willett went Above and Beyond

I have contacted several Toyota dealerships and was told by the majority that they… had nothing and I could wait for the 2016s to arrive. However, Brock Willett with Gullo went above and beyond and found what I was looking for including color and trim specifications. Very friendly and helpful. The person who helped us with the price… and with the entire purchasing experience was Mr. Huy Bui, the Internet Sales Manager. He made our purchasing experience hassle-free and very smooth. By the time we arrived to the dealer, he had our car ready to go. He also helped us with our trade-in, and gave us an excellent price as well. He explained everything clearly about the documents that we were signing. Excellent Purchasing Experience

From the beginning, Mr. Bui was refreshingly forthright and helpful. He was great in helping me to understand all of the pros and cons… of the different features and options, and I appreciate his patience and care in helping me through each step of the car purchasing process. On the day that I drove my new car off of the lot, Mr. Bui had made special efforts to have the car ready for me. It was beautifully detailed, and he even had my favorite radio station playing when I turned on the ignition. He also took the time to answer all of my questions, and let me know several important things that I had not thought to ask. He has encouraged me to call him any time with questions, and my only regret is that I'll have to wait another 10 years before I am ready to buy an new car and be able to do business with Mr. Bui again.Hello! Best car-buying experience

While many others made me feel pressured, or even held hostage, instead Gullo Toyota made me feel at ease and welcome. I felt they would do… whatever they could to help me make an informed decision, yet they placed no pressure on me. When I did decide to purchase from them, they were nothing but kind and helpful. They worked to get me exactly what I asked for (no pressure to "up-sell" me on a higher feature package), and they worked magic to get me approved for an amazing financing deal for which I thought I couldn't qualify. Excellent 4Runner Sale

He secured the exact vehicle as far as color, trim, and options were concerned and it only had 6 miles on it when I took delivery. The delivery process was… smooth and efficient. Brock was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even caught something that the prep team in services had forgotten to do as he was showing me the vehicle and immediately rectified the issue before I drove off. I would gladly sing Gullo Toyota and Brock's praises to a family or friend looking for a new vehicle.
