Gullo Toyota

I recently purchased a new 2016 4Runner from Gullo and had a very good experience from start to finish. Initial Contact: I contacted a number of dealers in the area online and received a response form Andy Ritter within hours which included all of the details of the price before TT&L (which anyone can recalculate themselves) but included every charge that showed up on the final purchase agreement. There were no games with add ons that were not clearly identified, or reclassifying items within categories after the fact to try and hide price increases. As a CPA and former lender (which Gullo did not know), I have seen most ways to increase the price which Gullo simply did not do. Andy was able to identify a car that fit my needs the same day, we settled on the out the door price and value for the trade. Total time in the dealer including a test drive was less than an hour. Delivery of the Car: The car arrived 3 days later from the distributor as expected and Andy contacted me to arrange a time to pick up the vehicle. Andy had the car ready and detailed and met me at the door to finalize the paperwork. Again, I took the time to read the fine print on the contract, and again, there was no movement in any of the price categories, and none of the other gimmicks car dealers get a bad name for. Andy passed me off to Andrew to finalize the documentation and discuss financing/insurance options. After discussing my needs and arrangements, Andrew agreed that the in-house financing and insurance products did not fit my needs given my alternatives. He was not pushy and I never felt like I needed to add on any additional items. Here is where the sales contract was actually signed, and again, there were no dealer tricks or changes on their end. The total time in the dealer to finalize paperwork was about an hour and fifteen minutes, so total time to purchase the car ended up being slightly over 2 hours. Conclusion: I have had time to digest the admittedly large purchase, and I have no regrets and would definitely buy from Gullo Toyota again. Throughout the process, they kept their word on pricing and delivery timing and I would recommend this dealer to a friend or family member knowing they would receive the same honest, ethical treatment.
