I purchased a 2015 Highlander and traded in a Jaguar here in January 2015. My experience with Joyce Mbiu Castelan was remarkable, and she delivered exceptional customer service. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and work with a sales rep that genuinely holds the customer's interest at heart. I would wish you good luck, but none is needed. You are in the right hands.
