    Diron was so help and very very kind. He was determined to sell me that car and he succeeded. There were beverages and snack and was overall an excellent experience. Bought the first car i drove!

    Sales people are friendly and helpful. We had looked the day before at several vehicles. Virgil was helpful and intent on finding us the right vehicle for our needs. Derrick was expedient in helping with the processing. The loan manager helped explained everything in detail.

    There was nothing I liked. Our salesman tried to help but the used car sales manager was terrible. Very wishy washy. Deal was changed a few times. We were not pleased with the deal and will never go back or recommend.

    My experience with this dealership was horrible. I spoke with a salesman over the phone, gave him my information, he ran everything including my credit and said I was approved for 100% financing and just come in and pick out my car. He explained the deal was done, paperwork would be ready and there would be no need to run credit again. LIES!!!! I got there on my day off from the two jobs I work and nothing was done. As I was waiting for him to "finalize" the deal, my credit monitoring company sent me a message that my credit had been ran again. Then, when I mentioned it to the salesman he acted as if he didn't know what happened and came up with a BS story about a different Finance Person being there that day. Next, he proceeds to tell me now I needed $1000 down or someone to co-sign. LIES!!!! Finally, as I was waiting two salesman bombarded my mother in the waiting area about buying a car as well, helping her pay her credit cards and using the money to help me get in a car. My thing is, just be honest up front. Don't tell people you will finance 100% then change when they get there and then run their credit twice. I will dispute one of the hard inquiries through my credit company. LIES!!!! Don't believe what they say and if they promise something get it in writing first.

    This dealership is the most deceptive dealership I have ever dealt with from the management down to the sales staff. I bought a car on April 2nd 2016 when KIA was running a promotion to receive a $300 gift card for purchasing a car. I was told today, 3 months later I would not be receiving this card because the promotion ended before I purchased the car even though the promotion was still being advertised at the dealership and on the internet. I was told by management today (07/01/16), after 3 months of calling and asking about the gift card that the promotion had ended either on March 28th or 29th but for some reason when I went in on April 2nd the promotion was still being offered to me and was aprt of the sale negotiations. The night of April 2nd I had direct conversations with management and my sales associate Trinidad about how the $300 gift card was an extra incentive I would be receiving in order to further reduce the purchase price of the car. I think the shadiest part about the whole transaction came from the sales associate Trinidad. I was told directly from him in order to receive the gift card I needed to rate him as excellent on KIA’s short survey they send out. Any response other than excellent and I wouldn’t be receiving the gift card. I also have the text messages to prove this. Also, I was told by Trinidad I would need to go on Yelp and Dealerrater and give him and the dealership an excellent rating as part of the things I needed to do in order to receive the gift card. I knew right off this was total garbage but wanted to comply in order not to hinder the receipt of the gift card. At this point I could care less about the gift card but want to alert any future and past consumers to the deceptive practices of this dealership. I will surely be sending out mass emails to the multiple Texas/Houston veteran organizations I’m a part of to include: Wounded Warrior Project, Lone Star Veterans Association, Texas Disabled Veterans Association, and the Veterans Affairs Office of Houston to make sure they know NOT to do business with [non-permissible content removed].
