    We had agreed to the price of a car, but I was then informed by Michael Pham that there would be an additional $2900 (over 10%) added to the cos tof the car, "We do a dealer recon fee " up to $4000 (!) and mine was $2900!!! Basically they get you going on the low price, than sucker you with the ILLEGAL FEES. Yes it is ILLEGAL in Texas to do this!!! Are all used Car Dealers crooks??

    Are all Car Dealers corrupt?? A complete SCAM! Listed car on true Car for $19,142 than informed me when i was ready to buy it that they would add $2500 to it as "dealer recon fee " (not even allowed on true Car which advertises that the price you see is what you get, and others fees (excluding tax and license cannot be added)!!! ). I was told that they often add up to "$4,000!" So they list the cars low, to get you in, than include a BS charge hidden in the paperwork, adding to it by OVER 10%! But they get you in the door thinking it will be a low cost, and even True Car says they are not suppose to do that! ITS CALLED BAIT AND SWITCH!!

    Great place to buy a car! Our family has purchased three cars from this dealership and the experience has always been great. Austin is a great person to buy a car from... he is honest, has tons of integrity and he treats you like family. Highly recommend!!!

    I asked for assistance with a title transfer to a friend, and was assured Honda would help us for a $550 Documentation fee. When we arrived for our appointment, we were assured the process would be quick. Two hours later, we discovered that Honda was treating the transaction as a used car buyback and sale. We had to pay a State Inspection fee even though Honda had just inspected the vehicle 2 months previously, a “Master Mechanic Inspection”, documentation fees, title transfer fees, and an exorbitant Refinance fee of $1500 even though there was no refinance. They cut the refi fee in half as a “courtesy” and lied about the purpose of the fee. When contacted by the Sales Manager and the General Manager about our satisfaction with the transaction, both of them apologized for the situation and said they would investigate. All attempts at further communication have gone unanswered. By ignoring me, they have solidified my belief that the entire process was a deliberate way to take money from a trusting current customer for undeserved and dishonest profit. I understand it’s a business and they have a right to a reasonable fee for assistance with the process. I was willing to give them the $550 originally stated. After the lies, misdirection and scamming that took place, I have no intention of ever doing business at Honda of Burleson again.

    I wasn’t searching for a car at the time I got mine, I was there to support my mom. But our Salesman Dominique and his friend Dillon were extremely informative and helpful to us. We both ended up with cars. She got an Accord and I got a brand new civic. I would recommend these 2 to anybody!

    I was interested in a used car, thus I called to ask if the price was negotiable. A young girl name kayla answered the phone and after asking she said she would take 2-4000 off the internet price. I asked again 2 more times to verify before I drove an hour and a half to look at the car. Again she said yes. So I drive all the way there. Then I ask for kayla she comes out shortly. Then after seeing me and asking what car I was interested in passes me on to a different guy. I test drive the car, I like it so I go into talk money and they said they wont negotiate the price. I asked her again she said yeah I told you that but we can't do that. I have wasted a lot of time, gas, and my Saturday and got nothing but a big lie to my face. Terrible customer service!

    Mr. Robert made my first buying experience an absolute breeze and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was well versed in his knowledge and experience with cars and unlike most other salesmen, was extremely genuine stopping at nothing to make sure that I received the best deal possible. I would highly recommend to utilize this establishment in your future car buying needs. Everything from the first encounter with Robert all the way through crunching numbers in the finance department ran smoothly and efficiently, the entire staff are entirely professional, caring and welcoming. Honestly there are not enough positive things I could say about this dealership!

    We were recently visiting in advance of our move to Texas and stopped in to do a little window shopping for a vehicle. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Antoinette Gomes-Kahalehoe who’s an employee of your dealership. I immediately felt like I made a new friend who was genuine and caring. We talked about what I was interested in and what kind of daily activities I would be doing to try and figure out the best vehicle for my big family. When I make my move in December I’m coming back to see you Miss Anotoinette! I want to be treated like family when I car shop. To make sure I feel comfortable with my choice and pricing. I will send all the rest of my Military friends and families your way!!! To get the same great service and be with genuine people who care about you as a person and not Just your wallet. 😬👍🏽

    I knew the minute that I met Chris Brown, Sales Consultant, that I could trust him. He is kind, thoughtful, hard working, intelligent, and mannerly. The process from start to finish was easy and smooth. I met Sergio Alvarez, Sales Manager, during my time there and he was friendly, honest, and willing to work with me. He knew that I had passed a few Honda dealerships to get to Burleson and that I had not been impressed with the others because of the pressure that the poor salespeople had. He truly cared if I was happy or not. Burleson Honda is clean, family friendly, relaxing, and customer oriented. I would recommend this place to everyone!

    I bought a 2018 Honda Civic Coupe from Burleson Honda in June 2018. Clark Bartlett was my salesman. It was a fantastic car buying experience. Clark explained things fully, and was completely understanding and worked with my needs. He made it very easy, and he was very personable. My 2018 Civic was totaled in December 2018 and I was in need of a new car. I didn't even consider going anywhere else but Burleson Honda, and back to Clark Bartlett. In December 2018, I purchased another car from Clark at Burleson Honda. He made this car buying experience even better than the first one! He once again worked with my needs and made it really happen for me - and I ended up with exactly what I wanted! Hands down, awesome dealership and awesome people!

    Worst purchasing experience in 49 years. Due to my business, I purchase 3 to 4 cars or trucks every year from various dealers. Purchased a Honda Pilot from Burleson Honda which was advertised in the internet at one price, but given a higher price for same vehicle when arrived at dealership. Financing was approved by Honda at dealer. Several weeks later, I receive a letter from Burleson Honda that they were rejecting the financing because my credit score was too low. I have excellent credit with my score in the mid 800's. I had already made a monthly payment, given the dealer a down payment, and traded in a vehicle on the purchase of the Pilot. I emailed three persons at the dealer and called to find out what was going on. Received no response or call back. My temporary license plate tags expired and the dealer had not provided license plates for the new Honda Pilot. Again, I sent emails to several dealership personnel and received no response. Finally, I went to the tax office, and purchase license plates for my new Pilot.

    We just recently purchased a 2019 Ridgeline RTL-E AWD truck from Burleson Honda literally over the internet. Michael Martinez was our sales associate and was great to deal with. We live 150 miles from the Dealership and we were able to conduct our business on-line and by text. The truck was ready when we arrived and the whole process was effortless. We received the very best pricing and a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty that is extremely important to us. We could not be happier with our Ridgeline and our experience with Burleson Honda and highly recommend them on your next vehicle purchase.

    We had the best car buying experience in a long time at Burleson Honda. Justin D. was awesome as our sales rep, and Marcus was great as our finance guy. We knew what we were looking for when we went in, so everything was very low pressure. We ended up with a model that was one step up from the base model and lifetime powertrain and bumper to bumper for the price we had originally decided we were going to spend monthly. I highly recommend these guys, and this dealership, if you are looking for a new Honda.
