by Sonia on 03/26/2021I had made an appointment to have oil and tires rotated. Three hours later and if it wasn’t for me asking, I would probably still be there. Their service is horrible. I hate to say this but, I had marked my tires to make sure they got… rotated, and nope that didn’t happen. Why do we have to make an appointment and still wait 3 or more hours??? Just wondering if my oil was changed. I’m not happy with their service department at all. If you’ve had great service there great for you. Not a happy customer!!!Gotta get a deal at Lithia....

I have had bad experiences in the past of pushy, dishonest people trying to get me to pay for services I don't need. But Rudy changed this. He is helpful and honest.… He breaks down the repair needs for me and answers all my questions. He goes above and beyond his job description to make sure I am fully informed. He has taken care of me and my car so well, that now my husband brings his car to Rudy for service. In about two months my son will have a car.....a guess who we are trusting with all our repairs?? Thats right, my friend Rudy! ;)Rizzo the man

It was all fine, no issues; however, I would like to see a little more detailed report such as what they have checked and notes for each inspection point. The report shows… just the oil change and tire rotation. I did not see any checklist. Also, I noticed in my factory checklist shows refill the DEF, It was not done for my truck, which is not a big deal, but it would be good if it were done.Very good service
