Three hour oil change

I had made an appointment to have oil and tires rotated. Three hours later and if it wasn’t for me asking, I would probably still be there. Their service is horrible. I hate to say this but, I had marked my tires to make sure they got rotated, and nope that didn’t happen. Why do we have to make an appointment and still wait 3 or more hours??? Just wondering if my oil was changed. I’m not happy with their service department at all. If you’ve had great service there great for you. Not a happy customer!!!
