by Bernie Barrilleaux on 12/24/2024I live one hour from Beaumont, so when I go in for service, I want them to be ready and waiting for my vehicle. As usual, this was the case. Waiting room was comfortable and all amenities were functional. All in all, a pleasant experience.Kim is great!

Taylor is the best

He makes me comfortable and solves my problem, not only that but he keeps me informed though out. First maintenance visit for 7 series
by S Shows on 09/04/2024It wax nice that I was able to arrange my service appointment online. This was my first visit back to the dealership since I purchased my 7 series. The work consisted of the oil change and 1 year maintenance along with a couple of recall… fixes. The oil change was very quick but the software updates to the car took several hours. I elected to wait at the dealership for the work to be performed. Robbin came and told me that the recall work would take some time so she gave me a loaner to drive around town, get lunch and run my errands. They washed my car before returning it to me and sending me on my way. The waiting facilities were adequate and there was a nice selection of complementary coffee, drinks and snacks. Robbin was a very helpful service advisor.We're glad to hear that arranging your service appointment online was convenient and that Robbin took great care of you during your visit to BMW of Beaumont. It's wonderful knowing our team provided a helpful loaner car and ensured everything went smoothly, including the complimentary wash! Thanks for sharing this detailed feedback.

Yearly oil change and inspection

I wa informed at all times on what was going on and offered drinks and snacks as I waited. Every staff member that walked by struck up a… conversation with me. My service advisor Kira was sooooo awesome. She knows what she is doing!! She could answer any question I had! Very knowledgeable. Kira made my experience so much better because she is such a nice and kind person!!! Very pleased with every aspect!!!Thank you for choosing BMW of Beaumont! It was our pleasure to take care of your automotive needs. We also want to say thank you for acknowledging Kira and her dedication to providing you with an excellent service experience. Yearly maintenance

They clean my car good this time not like last year they never did wash it. Disappointing Experience
by Brian on 08/01/2022My car sat in the shop for four days before diagnostic bc there are only two technicians that work on electric BMWs. I was charged $150 for their assessment that my i3 needed a new 12 volt battery. Then they wanted $750 to replace it. I… found an OEM battery for $150 online and had my car towed back home to fix it myself. Unreasonable prices for a simple job. Receptionist at desk was friendly and courteous.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize for the service experience you have encountered. OMG this is what service is about
by JLC on 07/29/2022I recently had a malfunction while drying from TX to LA. BMW Beaumont was my nearest service center and my car limped to them. They instantly took us in, calmed me down, arranged for the car to be seen quickly. Their courtesy driver Mark… drove us to a rental place and when they didn’t have any cars (after promising they did), he drove us to another nearby town to pick up a car. We then returned and loaded all of our heavy cargo and continued on. They kept us informed of the repair details, offered to further assist us even though we are not regulars and just passing through. I could not have been more impressed. They were a bright light on a very dark day.We're excited to hear that our team took care of you and that everything went smoothly. We thank you for your business!
