Yearly oil change and inspection

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It took a while s I ended up needing a tire replaced! I wa informed at all times on what was going on and offered drinks and snacks as I waited. Every staff member that walked by struck up a conversation with me. My service advisor Kira was sooooo awesome. She knows what she is doing!! She could answer any question I had! Very knowledgeable. Kira made my experience so much better because she is such a nice and kind person!!! Very pleased with every aspect!!!
