Stuck on Interstate 10 East

onFrom the minute I talked to Donna on Saturday at 12:30pm, I knew I had found the right dealership. Once I explained that my car broke down on busy Interstate 10 East driving from San Antonio to Alabama, she assured me that they would fit me in. After being towed to the dealership, Donna and Taylor made us feel welcomed, and were so accommodating. Taylor kept me updated on the process in a timely matter and stayed later than the 4pm closing time. He even explained how I could browse the dealership in case I wanted to trade my car in for a newer one:) Everything about the service was exceptional. Donna and Taylor are an asset to the Beaumont BMW family.
